What programs do people use to make audio surround sound?(About '8D audio')

Naruto shippuden all seasons download. I just found out about a channel that posts '8D music' (its not,its surround sound,explained in a min). You have to wear headphones for it to work. They make the music go around you by ^apparently moving the source of the music along the left and right earpiece. Example is here.

Torrent tamil movie download. My question is,what software do they use? I cant search for any specific things in google or it will just flock irrelevant answers into the group. Is that software free too?
